Your donation helps to extend our services to assist the injured, from immediately assistance after accidents, and providing a wider range of services. If you are interested in supporting us to serve the needy, you may consider the below methods:

3. Fundraising Activities
We will send volunteers to fundraise on the streets wearing Help Actually tee occasionally. Please give a penny if you see our fundraising ambassadors.
4. Other Methods
Apart from donation by individuals, we also welcomed companies and organizations to fundraise for us in your corporate events, in order to support our services.

Corporate Support
We welcomed all corporations to donate products to Help Actually for charity sales, fundraising or donation usage. It aims not to waste the products which may help the needy directly or indirectly. All medical and clinical organizations are welcomed to sponsor your professional services or treatments to the injured required.
FAQ
1. Can I receive an official statement of my first donation of each month?
Answer: We will send a statement upon a successful donation of each month.
2. Can I receive a receipt after a single donation?
Answer: An official receipt will be issued upon any donation of more than HKD 100. Please kindly provide below information when you make a donation:
- * Donor’ name
- * Address
- * Telephone number
- * HKID number
You will receive an official receipt in 4 weeks.
3. Can I receive a receipt each month?
Answer: We will send a one-year receipt to you at the end of each financial year.
4. If the donor doesn’t use his/her bank account to transfer money, who will be issue to the receipt?
Answer: The receipt will be directly issued to donors.

The support from volunteers are important to us, for saving expenses and to allocate better resources on helping the injured persons from accidents.
Volunteers from all sectors
Our volunteers are from different sectors, including retired, students and working people. There is no limit on the ages or professional requirements. We will allocate our volunteers according to their ability, interest and availability.
