“Help Actually” have been issued a fundraising permit by the Social Welfare Department to conduct fund-raising activities in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung districts from 18 October to 30 November to raise funds for “Help Actually” and to prepare for the establishment the "Help Actually Wounded Aid Fund " to help more needy families. Please can the   public provide more support and be more generous so that those who are in need within the community can be supported.
