Help Actually bought Chung Por Por a power wheelchair on March 22, 2011, hoping to solve her problem in disability and provide her with more chances to join the community activities which will allow her to make more friends.

Due to movement difficulties, Chung Por Por seldom went out and joined community activities. As Chung Por Por had no relatives and friends to take care of her, she fell twice recently; luckily, she didn’t get more injuries. Chung Por Por said, she needed a holder to make the leg fixed so that she can get the balance while making any movements. But it was so hard to keep balance that she got tripped over easily. After considering Chung Por Por’s physical condition and living alone, we decided to buy her a light wheelchair so that she can handle it more easily by herself.

During our two visits, we could feel Chung Por Por’s helplessness and loneliness. We do hope with the help of the wheelchair. Chung Por Por can regain confidence by joining some community activities to make friends.
