Following last year’s success of the charity fundraising premiere of Margin Call, Help Actually Association once again hosted a fundraising premiere of The Host in the Grand Cinema at Kowloon’s Elements Shopping Complex on April 16, 2013. The fundraiser’s proceeds have successfully reached a six-digit amount and were used to contribute to the Help Actually Foundation Fund. Help Actually Association is especially thankful for the tremendous support from all donors and event participants. Artists who attended the premiere that night included: Help Actually’s 2013 Care Ambassador Sherman Chung, Farini Cheung, Rosemary, Jacquelin Ch'ng, Ava Yu, Ankie Beilke, Zac Kao, Kiki Sheung, Isabella Kau, Lydia Tong, Nelson Cheung, Raymond Wong, Lucy Shih, Pamela Peck, Paul Tse, Tommy Yuen, Denis Ng, Colleen Lau, Venus Cheung, Cindy Lee, Kitterick Yiu, Ronan Pak, and etc. That night, Help Actually’s Care Ambassador Sherman Chung encouraged everyone to continue supporting Help Actually Association’s efforts and also advocated for everyone to contribute and donate generously, as each cent donated means significant support for accidently injured victims because it encourages victims to regain self-confidence and enables valuable lives to be saved.
