The Help Actually Association was officially registered on December 9, 2008, and obtained its official status as a recognized charitable institution from the Hong Kong Government on April 27, 2009. Our beneficiaries include vulnerable groups such as injured individuals or grieving families of deceased victims affected by traffic accidents, industrial injuries, occupational diseases, medical negligence, natural disasters, or other accidents caused by negligence.

Help Actually’s scope of services encompasses individual rights consultation, assistance with applying for social welfare and assistance, injury assessment and medical support, psychological counseling, as well as legal consultation and claims assistance. Established in 2008—specifically in 2011—the Help Actually Accident Survivor Assistance Fund accepts public applications and is dedicated to directly aiding vulnerable groups, including injured survivors and grieving families. Its scope of support covers compassionate grants, immediate financial relief, sponsorship for orphaned children, donation of prosthetics, bridging medical expenses, or subsidizing other emergency medical costs, such as treatments for disfigurement and severe burns.
